An agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. You must be 18 years old, or have the consent of a guardian, to place an order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing errors, sold-out items, or suspected misuse. You are then refunded in full.

All prices are shown in the currency of the store and include Swedish VAT. Shipping is added at checkout.

Payment is handled by our payment provider through the checkout. Card details are never stored by us.

Delivery times, shipping cost, right of withdrawal and complaints are described on the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Risk of the goods passes to you when the parcel has been received by you or your appointed collection point.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicinal products, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always read the ingredient list if you have a known allergy, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Colour, texture and scent may vary slightly between batches, since the formulas are made in small runs.

All text, photography, formulations and design on this site belong to Sorada and may not be used commercially without written permission.

Swedish law applies. If we cannot resolve a disagreement, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. We follow ARN's recommendations.
